FOTN - Satin Taupe Smokey Eyes

Second post from me today - I'm on a roll. Can I just say I am SO happy today as I have reached 500 followers. It means so much to me that people actually read and more to the point like my blog. I plan on doing another Giveaway when I have a few more pennies as a thank you. I am going to Australia next month (post on my exciting plans coming very soon) so I will try and squeeze one in before I go or maybe I'll wait until I get there and find some Aussie gems to give away. Anyway, I thought I'd just share the makeup look I wore when I worked at a new bar in Newcastle last weekend. It was such a fun night and everyone looked so gorgeous and glam. I haven't done many of these 'FOTN' posts as my makeup always seems to look rubbish in pictures. My camera picks up every tiny little imperfection so I always feel a little bit self-concious uploading close-up pictures of my face. Anyway, enough rambling from me.

As you can see, I'm a bit of a MAC addict and I find a lot of my go-to makeup is MAC. I'd love to find some high-street alternatives though, especially a foundation. So if you have any recommendations, please leave a comment below.
